If you're having any problems, below are details of how to get the most out of the site... To browse, simply click on any of the topics in the quick reference menu bar to the left of every page. This will take you to the page you require. On some of the pages there are pictures relating to sub-topics. Click on the pictures to go to other pages. To return from sub-topics click on the arrow at the top of the page, below the title. If you wish to exit from topics or sub-topics click on any of the topics in the quick reference menu bar to the left of every page.
To exit this site completely and go to another, simply type the new address into your browser and press enter. This will take you to the new part of the internet you wish to visit. To see this page at it's best, we recommend that it is viewed at a resolution of 800x600 or higher. That way everything fits on and is laid out the way it was designed. To change the resolution on a PC, go to Control Panel in Windows, then Display, then Settings.
